On August 5, 2018, FaithBuilders and Doulos joined together to open up new opportunities for all ages to study, grow, and be shepherded under godly leadership centered around the Word. This group will be called Anchored, in reference to Hebrews 6:19—“This hope we have as an anchor of the soul…”—and we trust it will be another expression of God’s faithfulness to mature our church family. Austin served as pastor in Grace Community Church from 2005 to 2025. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico, he moved to Los Angeles in 2005 to attend The Master's Seminary.
