"The only thing we need to gather as a church is a pulpit, a Bible, and a faithful man of God who preach His Word." This has been our motto since the church began in 2021. By the grace of God, He has always provided a place for our Sunday gatherings, but in His providence, after a 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck the city of Cali, the venue we were renting was damaged, and we now find ourselves meeting in an outdoor park.

Our church began meeting in a backyard with just 20 people, but due to rapid and unexpected growth, we have had to move several times to different locations across the city:

• Our first gatherings took place in a backyard.
• Our second meeting place was a hotel auditorium.
• Our third meeting place was a mall where cars and motorcycles are sold.
• Our fourth meeting place was an events center.
• Our fifth meeting place is an enclosed outdoor park.

Though we remain grateful for all that God has provided along the way, as a congregation we have begun praying that, if it is God's will, He would provide us with a place of our own — a space where we can grow the ministry more fully and train more men to go and plant more churches.

We have already begun collecting funds within our local church, but we also need your help to purchase land and build a church building. We invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with us in this project.

Any funds raised beyond what is needed for the land and building will go directly toward supporting the ongoing ministry of IBCC.
