“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with The name “Mainstream” is a reminder that the Great Commission is meant to be mainstream both in the ministry of the local church and in global missions. Mainstream existed to provide opportunities for gospel-centered ministry within the church and in partnership with missionaries around the world.
From 1967 to 1971, Mr. White served with the United States Navy, including a tour of duty in Vietnam. From 1972 to 1991, he was involved in business, including ten years as president and general manager of an automobile dealership in Northern California. While in business Mr. White served in the same local church as a deacon and elder, and as a board member of a Christian day-school. After completing graduate studies at The Master's Seminary, Mr. White joined the administrative staff as the personal assistant to Dean Dr. Richard Mayhue in 1995, and in 2006 became TMS Vice President for Development and Operations. He has also studied with Moody Bible Institute, and at the American Institute of Holy Land Studies in Jerusalem.
